A clear guide for curious families
PROGRAM & CURRICULUM
We’re a nonprofit, fully accredited online school for grades K–12. Our model blends personalized learning, emotional intelligence mentoring, creative electives, and spiritual connection—all designed to help students thrive from the inside out.
We are currently in the process of earning full accreditation through Cognia, an internationally recognized accrediting body for K–12 institutions. Our program is designed to meet and exceed Cognia’s standards for academic rigor, student wellbeing, and educational innovation.
We expect to complete the accreditation process during the [2025–2026] school year. All learning hours, student portfolios, and program documentation are being developed in alignment with these standards.
We follow a custom-designed, project-based curriculum rooted in our SPARC Framework:
Spiritual Connection
Project-Based Learning
Arts
Relationships (SEL)
Community
Academic foundations include math, language arts, science, and global studies—all taught through real-world projects and student-driven exploration.
Yes. While we are not yet fully accredited, we provide detailed documentation to support transitions—including learning portfolios, progress reports, and standards-aligned records. Families have used this documentation successfully for re-entry into public and private schools.
Yes. Our curriculum aligns with international benchmarks in math, literacy, science, and social studies, while also nurturing emotional intelligence, leadership, and creativity. Students build powerful portfolios that can support alternative applications, and once accreditation is finalized, transcripts will reflect Cognia’s standards.
Instead of traditional grading, students earn competency-based badges. These recognize mastery in academic skills, emotional growth, creative thinking, leadership, and contribution. Progress is tracked through portfolios, mentor reflections, and real-world outcomes.
FAMILY INVOLVEMENT
Parents are seen as co-educators, not supervisors. You’ll receive access to our Circle Parent Portal to view updates, project plans, and mentor notes. Monthly family workshops help parents support emotional development and stay connected to the learning journey.
Coherence was designed for exactly these learners. Our model prioritizes emotional safety, flexible pacing, and mentorship. Every child is seen, supported, and celebrated for who they are—not just what they can produce.
TECH & SUPPORT
You’ll need:
A reliable internet connection
A computer or laptop (not a phone or tablet)
Access to Zoom and our LMS (Headrush or Circle)
We provide support guides for navigating platforms and systems.
Families can reach out via email for assistance. Most technical issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. We also provide orientation during onboarding to minimize confusion.
TUITION & ENROLLMENT
Your tuition covers all live classes, mentorship, family workshops, access to our private parent portal, learning materials (digital), and student tracking systems. Optional creative kits or biofeedback tools may be recommended but are not required.
